We are looking for someone to lead development of critical features of Xometry Workcenter - our industry leading job board and manufacturing execution system.  Thousands of manufacturing businesses around the world use Workcenter to accept manufacturing jobs, manage their fabrication process and access Xometry financial services.  Thousands of custom parts are made correctly and on-time thanks to this system.  You have a role to play in leading its future.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading large, complex products and managing the day-to-day of a product squad (or two). Advise and contribute to cross-squad and cross-team projects
  • Defining and communicating product strategy
  • Translating a deep understanding of the competitive landscape into clear product recommendations
  • Contributing to other teams’ successes by leading cross-team processes that help scale company performance and mentoring other squads and teams
  • Advocating for goal-oriented/KPI driven product management. Building an approach for measuring outcomes for every release across the customer platform
  • Conducting in-person conversations with existing and potential partners to understand customer needs
  • Serving as a liaison between the product team and multiple stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams
  • Individual must be a team player, upbeat, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Leadership DNA, proven ability to excite and lead a product team
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business requirements into a successful product strategy
  • Possesses good organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks through effective prioritization to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities
  • Experience working in an agile environment and methodology with design and technology teams
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
  • Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder
