Responsibilities

We seek a talented and analytical Product Marketing Manager - Customer Intelligence (MBA Intern) to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in leveraging customer data, analyzing use cases, and vertical insights to develop compelling collateral demonstrating the value of Workato within specific industries. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer behavior, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for our sales teams.

  • Data Analysis: Thoroughly analyze customer data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights relevant to targeted industries and verticals.

  • Use Case Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop use cases that showcase how organizations leverage Workato to automate workflows and drive business outcomes.

  • Collateral Creation: Create impactful collateral, including white papers, one-pagers, case studies, and vertical insights, that effectively communicate Workato's value proposition within specific industries.

  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary content and insights to articulate Workato's benefits effectively to prospects and customers.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product positioning and messaging strategies.

  • Content Optimization: Continuously refine collateral based on performance metrics and feedback from sales teams to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • A recent MBA graduate, or a current MBA student are preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.

  • Experience developing a variety of marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, and one-pagers.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, integration technologies, and digital transformation trends.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
