The Role:

Secure flat fee media and PR investments.

  • Brand Management: Actively manage secured brand relationships. Act as day-to-day point person as well as strategic lead on growing brands’ influencer revenue with BrandCycle’s influencer network.

  • Campaign Coordination: Liaison with internal influencer team to schedule and execute influencer campaigns. Oversee handoff of campaign execution while maintaining responsibility for timing and quality of all brand investments

The Ideal Candidate Is:

    • A naturally competitive person who is energetic and motivated by securing new opportunities.
    • Thrives on being able to create win/win scenarios for our brand and influencer communities.
    • An excellent communicator who can deal with new or difficult situations easily.
    • Has a proven track record of developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
    • A self-starter who can independently manage relationships end-to-end with very little oversight.
  • Fiercely Independent
    • Highly entrepreneurial and wants the opportunity to grow within the role and company.
    • Comfortable working independently and with minimal supervision while maintaining the strong communication needed in a remote environment.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced company environment and enjoys wearing many hats.
    • Possesses mature and measured judgment, and the ability to solve problems on their own.
  • Goals Driven
    • Deadline driven and an individual who operates well under pressure.
    • Analytically minded and enjoys the challenge of reaching and exceeding revenue goals.
    • Understands KPIs and other key business metrics to measure success.
    • A fast learner who is comfortable with data and thrives using new and emerging technology.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and/or sales within the influencer space.
  • Strong track record of building and cultivating relationships with brand, talent, and PR managers. Has an existing rolodex of relationships.

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on and prioritize tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Intro Call: You’ll hop on a quick call with the hiring manager so we can get to know you better — and you can learn a little more about the role.
  • Remote-Team Interview: You’ll be meeting with 2-3 team members on a video call. This is your chance to ask questions and see who this role interacts with on a daily basis.
  • Final Video Call: This is a great opportunity to get to know one of our senior executives over video.
  • Offer: We send over an offer and you (hopefully) accept! Welcome to Stack!

Compensation:
