The Program Manager is responsible for managing the centralized value proposition framework, messaging, and toolkit for consumer and Very Small Business (VSB) segments. This role ensures consistent messaging across multiple channels and collaborates with various teams to refine and optimize the Value Prop toolkit, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the evergreen Value Prop toolkit, ensuring consistent messaging and prioritization.
- Maintain a centralized list of value propositions, including definitions and details, serving as the source of truth for evergreen benefits.
- Update prioritization based on new business learnings and research insights.
- Partner with Outbound and Studio teams to finalize Value Prop messaging and make it accessible to the broader business via the toolkit.
- Manage inputs for product launches and seasonal campaigns to inform toolkit updates.
- Create processes for stakeholder input and review, ensuring visibility for key campaigns and product launches.
- Leverage learnings from experimentation and messaging tests to refine the Value Prop messaging for key features.
- Continuously monitor and optimize messaging for maximum effectiveness, using KPIs and other metrics.
- Build and maintain documentation to share Value Prop priorities with various teams, including IMC (Outbound), Studio (Creative), CRM, Site Merchandising, and global device launch teams.
- Manage the bi-weekly Value Prop forum, including setting agendas, facilitating discussions, and following up on actions.
- Coordinate with Value Prop PM lead, legal, and compliance teams (CELA) to finalize and approve messaging across all channels.
- Ensure Terms & Conditions (Ts & Cs) are crafted, reviewed, and updated in accordance with business requirements and market nuances.
- Manage Value Prop research refreshes, overseeing the scope, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Utilize research insights to inform updates to the program and adjust stakeholder strategies.
- Maintain an up-to-date view of benefit parameters, including responsibilities, roles, and market availability.
- Ensure clarity on which benefits are available in specific markets and any unique Ts & Cs by market.
- Support broader Value Prop Program Management Office (PMO) efforts, including bi-weekly and monthly updates to leadership.
- Manage work back schedules, review cycles, and project timelines for Value Prop initiatives.
- Maintains centralized “list”, definitions, and details for Value Props and the source of truth for evergreen benefits framework
- Updates prioritization based on new learnings from business and research
- Partners with Outbound and Studio teams to finalize messaging and make available to the business via toolkit
- Considers ongoing optimization and measurement efforts for key benefits impact; leverages learnings/results from experimentation and messaging tests for Value Prop messaging by feature
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across multiple levels and organizations
- Workback schedules and prioritization need to be in there
- Microsoft experience required
- Maintains centralized “list”, definitions, and details for Value Props and the source of truth for evergreen benefits framework
- Updates prioritization based on new learnings from business and research
- Partners with Outbound and Studio teams to finalize messaging and make available to the business via toolkit
- Considers ongoing optimization and measurement efforts for key benefits impact; leverages learnings/results from experimentation and messaging tests for Value Prop messaging by feature
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time.
- Expertise in messaging strategy, content prioritization, and research-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with legal review processes (e.g., CELA) and working with diverse global teams.
- Proven ability to optimize and measure the effectiveness of messaging initiatives.
Compensation Range: $40-$48/hour
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
