Who We’re Looking for:


Therabody is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NetSuite Administrator to join our Business Applications team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business support and collaboration, as well as experience directing offshore teams to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the NetSuite system, ensuring its optimal performance and availability 
  • Develop and implement custom scripts and workflows to enhance the functionality of the NetSuite system according to the needs of our business customers 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve supply and demand planning processes, order to cash processes, and inventory management 
  • Establish and maintain a center of excellence, including a framework for governance and best practices 
  • Provide technical support and training to NetSuite users with a positive attitude and transparent communication 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features and best practices 


The Right Person Would Have
  • 5+ years of NetSuite administrator experience 
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript, building and supporting workflows, and SuiteAnalytics 
  • Strong knowledge of global accounting processes and Avalara 
  • Strong knowledge of supply and demand planning, and order management processes 
  • Experience with Celigo is a plus 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

$90,000 - $120,000 a year
This base pay range is for the U.S. and not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, candidate’s related work experience, business sector and geographic location. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus, although incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
