About the project: 

In this role, the person will support the Technical User Support function to manage the additional workload resulting from the Full Stack system upgrade project. 
 

 

You will be able to: 

  • Work with incident and problem ticket queues affecting customer services. 
  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies across various platforms. 
  • Develop and implement solutions to automate user tasks and resolve recurring issues between platforms. 

What will help you succeed in this role: 

  • Post-secondary education, either currently studying or graduated. 
  • Familiarity with SQL. 
  • Familiarity with Programming languages knowledge. 
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
