You will: 

  • Develop and execute global procurement strategies aligned with the Company's objectives and financial goals.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of procurement and sourcing.
  • Collaborate with senior management to determine procurement priorities and budget allocation.
  • Oversee LivePerson’s vendor management function.
  • Establish clear procurement policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and value analysis initiatives.
  • Implement cost management strategies to control expenses and improve overall procurement efficiency.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with ethical sourcing practices and sustainability guidelines.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize procurement processes.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function, encouraging innovation and efficiency gains.
  • Manage strategic sourcing team and budget. Identify department KPIs and measure and monitor performance against them.
  • Provide leadership on best-practice procurement strategies and practices during periods of company growth & scaling.
  • Develop, train, coach, and mentor the strategic sourcing professionals on the team.

You have:

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of strategic management experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership position at a multi-national SaaS company.
  • Proven leadership experience with a deep understanding of best-in-class procurement business practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to use technology and new solutions to efficiently scale the procurement function in a high-growth company.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze how economic trends will impact business.
  • Strong project management skills, demonstrated "hands-on" leadership, and the ability to manage competing priorities while driving larger organizational goals.
  • Experience driving year-over-year cost savings across multiple spend categories, developing KPIs and actionable solutions.
  • The ability to influence and problem-solve.  You can drive consensus across stakeholders and can demonstrate business partnering effectiveness.
  • Accountable and self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and limited information.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits: 

The salary range for this role will be between $[100,000 ] to $[125,000]. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications. During the phone screening, your recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
