Your Role:

The Systems Analyst - Make-to-Sell / Production Systems Support will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our manufacturing and production systems, ensuring seamless operations and effective integration across all relevant departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep technical knowledge of MTS processes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

 What You'll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for Make-to-Sell and production systems. Support implementation of EDI enabled processes with customers and vendors
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. (Application Programming Interfaces), messaging queues, and middleware platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems affecting production.  
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of new features and functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote efficient and effective use of production systems
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Extract and analyze data from production systems to generate meaningful insights and reports.
  • Implement and maintain data integrity measures to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Stay current with emerging integration technologies, trends, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact and relevance to the organization. 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 2 + years proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Make-to-Sell and production systems.
  • Ability to travel 25% for team meetings, company offsites, employee onboarding trips and other business needs   
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, including supply chain management and inventory control.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Proficiency in integration middleware platforms and tools
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
