Jimmy Singh grew up in the trucking world. His dad started a trucking company in 1985 with 10 trucks. Jimmy wanted to make it on his own and started as an owner operator in 1993. After 4 years of building relationships and successfully running his business, Jimmy decided to grow his trucking company in 1997. At this time 4 company trucks and 16 owner operators comprised the fleet. Correspondingly, these owner operators cameto work with Jimmy due to the relationships they had and their ability to believe in his vision.
As of 2024, BIR Transport consists of 65 trucks and 130 dry-van trailers providing services to fortune 500 companies such as; Pepsi, Kimberly Clark, Resolute Forest Products, and WestRock. Providing award winning transport services in the south-east and mid-west.
