Description

Qualifications: 1. Sales Executive 1-2 years of sales experience (BPO/outsourcing is a plus) Strong communication, negotiation, and target-driven mindset Skilled in lead generation, client management, and sales tools 2. Recruiter Bachelors in HR/Business (preferred) 1-2 years of recruitment experience (BPO is a plus) Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes Proficient in ATS and recruitment tools 3. Accounting Assistant 1-2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (BPO is a plus) Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 4. LinkedIn Expert/Admin 1-2 years managing LinkedIn profiles/pages/campaigns Expertise in LinkedIn networking, engagement, and content strategies Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Recruiter, or Ads (a plus)
