Description

Qualifications: Prior experience in healthcare BPO, insurance verification, or patient coordination are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled in verifying insurance coverage, assessing medical necessity, and completing face sheets accurately. Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce), Microsoft Teams, and call tracking metrics. Capable of handling objections, guiding patients through qualification, and escalating cases when needed. Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy laws, WLU policies, and confidentiality protocols.
