Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop core products in a 0 to 1 environment. Design engineering systems to deliver product needs while making appropriate tradeoffs between complexity, scalability, security, and development time. Build an understanding of financial products to help inform product decisions. Help define Blackwings engineering culture and best practices.
